OIB Lovin’ Life – Catch rays from the beautiful open deck upstairs or enjoy shady, relaxing days on the ocean-facing covered deck. Our home is steps from the beach. Picture your days going from our outdoor pool to the ocean and back again. Our home is on the desirable west end of the island. The main floor offers a spacious open living room and kitchen floor plan ideal for family to gather. Dine together comfortably at our dining room table which seats ten and wide kitchen bar which seats six.

OIB, “Gem of the Brunswick Islands” is the perfect place to relax, recreate & refresh. With its white sand, rolling waves and windswept marshes, OIB is 4.5 square miles of fabulous. The Odell Williamson Bridge connects the mainland to this piece of paradise. From there you'll see the island, the marsh savannahs below and the glistening ocean just over the horizon. Leave your worries and the hustle-bustle of the world behind - in just 0.3 miles, you'll be at the Parrot Suite, a Piece of Paradise.

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

Queen-size sleeper sofa in living room with topper. Set of bunk beds suitable for children in hall nook. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, bike rental, surf shop and museum! Bring own sheets and towels, or I will refer you to a rental service. I will provide starter kit of paper towels and TP.

My oceanfront unit is near the pier, beach shops, miniature golf, & the museum.You’ll love my place because the ocean view is amazing !There is a queen bedroom, bunk nook, queen sleeper sofa, a whirpool tub, & a washer/dryer in the unit.Unit faces the ocean and is located on the quiet end of the complex with a private deck & community pool.It is located at the center of island activities; you can walk to many shops.Bed linen/bath towels provided. Walk to the Town Park (right on the intracoastal waterway) which has markets twice a week(seasonal), fishing piers, and boat launch. Enjoy golf on one of 3 on site courses (we even have a set of golf clubs for guest use!). See why Nat Geo rated Sunset Beach one of the top beaches in the world- just a short (2=3 minute) drive or bike ride over the bridge to the beach (beach chairs provided), or use the pool (included)

Located in a quiet part of Sunset Beach. Just 1.9 miles to the beach. This first floor unit is in the Sea Trail Community overlooking the 18th hole of the Maples Golf Course. A restaurant and bar is right across the street with live entertainment at House's Bar and Grill; The pools are easy to get to. This unit is a 1BD/1Bath with a pull out sleeper sofa. The unit sleeps 4 and has a screened in porch. The unit has a keyless entry for self check-in. Towels and linens are included.

Beautifully decorated beach themed OSW1 complex top floor keyless entry 3 bdrm, 2 bath oceanfront condo with panoramic views of the sea. This unit boosts a fully stocked kitchen, ready made beds with all linens and two baths with a set of towels per guest. New furniture, two large wall mounted TV’s, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are available for your convenience. Sunday -Sunday weekly rental in summer season with the exception of July 11th, 12th weekend is available.

Mariner's Walk - Two Bedroom/Two Bath Condo

Two-bedroom/two-bath second-row condo located 150 ft from the beach access. Perfect getaway for a couple or small family. This is probably the best value on the island given its location. Clean, affordable, and just steps from the ocean! Weekly rentals only, June - Aug, arrival & departure on Sat only, no exceptions. Off-Season Weekly Rates - Fall & Spring: $750 per week, Winter: $625 per week. Monthly Rates: Dec - Feb: $1875 per month, send a message for adjusted pricing.
