The unit has a queen bed and futon that lays down to a full size bed. It's very comfortable for small groups. Welcome to Retreat by the Sea. This studio is at Seacrest Condominiums located directly on the beach on beautiful Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach six miles from Destin. Relax on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf and amazing sunrises and sunsets. You have direct access to the beach and all the amenities that the condo has to offer including indoor/outdoor pool, gym and bbq area. This amazing studio also has a kitchenette, mini-refrigerator and private laundry.

As soon as you enter our 3rd floor beachfront condo, you will leave all your cares behind and unwind while enjoying a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. Many updates done in March 2021: brand new queen size sleeper sofa bed, brand new stainless steel refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave, brand new furniture, new paint, new flooring, and brand new TV's. We have Netflix and high speed WiFi.

Our "Quirky" Cottage is just that!! If you want to experience "old Florida" come and stay with us in our quirky cottage nestled in old oak trees! It was originally built in 1960 as a camping cabin, it came in a box as a do it yourself kit! There are a few left around town - really unique and private space! Located just 5-10 minutes from the Okaloosa Island beaches and everything downtown Fort Walton Beach has to offer and just 15 minutes to Destin. (all depending on traffic!)

Spacious, Cozy and Private

My wife and I own and live in the house, but the portion of the house we are using as Airbnb has a private house entrance, bedroom, bathroom, and living room area. As well as the use of a washing machine and dryer. We are 2 minutes from WalMart, 15 minutes from Okaloosa Island beaches, and 20 minutes from Destin. We have a coffee machine, microwave, propane grill, and mini fridge set up. We allow pets at a $50 additional charge and have a large fenced in back yard for them.

Our Happy Place is situated on the water where you can sit and watch boats go by, or fish from the shore. Take a dip in the community pool that offers plenty of lounger chairs and tables with umbrellas. Just across the street you will find a boardwalk to stoll down to the white sandy beaches where you can soak up the sun and Gulf of Mexico views.
