Torre Branca Apartment is situated in the small, quiet village of Torre, Salir de Matos, Silver Coast, only 50 minutes from Lisbon. It is a completely self contained, comfortable space with it's own entrance. Every window and both terraces have beautiful country views overlooking orchards and forest. It is quiet and serene and yet within walking distance to a lively cafe which serves excellent meals. It is 15 mins to the beach and 5 mins to the lovely town of Caldas da Rainha.

The villa is located on a large plot of land close to the centre of the Praia D’el Rey resort. Four bedrooms with three bathrooms in the house, which will be completely refurbished and refurnished in early 2023. Fully equipped kitchen and dining areas both inside and out of the house. There is a large swimming pool, and a sauna room for guests to use, as well as a spacious garden with private parking. Praia D’el Rey has fantastic facilities for guests of all ages.

It´s much more than just the house at the beach, it´s a house over the dunes, just placed in front of the Óbidos lagoon and the sea. Excellent and quiet location, near 4 International Golf Courses, 15 min from Medieval Óbidos town, 20 min from Baleal, Peniche. Excellent for surf, kitesurf, windsurf and SUP.
