For the chef- This kitchen is fully stocked with table service, kettles, baking pans, blender, mixer, electric griddle and much more. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen-sized bed. Completing the house are two full bathrooms and hiding behind a sliding barn door you will find a laundry complete with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Rustic cabin on over 10 acres with the wet weather Sabinal River (contact us for water levels if this is a concern) along the back surrounded by beautiful oak trees. A natural playscape, porch swings, grill, wildlife, all the perfect makings for a fantastic getaway. Just a minute's drive to Utopia but also great proximity to Garner State Park and Lost Maples for great hiking, swimming, etc. Great location to enjoy all the Texas Hill Country has to offer.

Just 3.5 miles south of Lost Maples SNA, big tooth maples and live oaks surround the cottage, providing shade and privacy. (Our home is nearby.) Birding, dark skies close by. Across the road, our “beach” offers privacy and a natural view of the Sabinal River. Progressive owners, our mantra is "make yourselves at home!" All holiday stays require a 3-night minimum. This cabin is a 900 square foot, 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom unit & sleeps 8. It's centrally located in Concan- close to the River, food, concerts, and fun! Enjoy all the same comforts from home, or unplug and relax. Cabin includes Wifi, Netflix, YouTube TV, an Alexa for music, games, fireplace, BBQ pit, and outdoor fire pit. If you're tired of city lights, sit out on the porch and stargaze!

Deer Run 7 Cabin - Sleeps up to 20

When the Frio River calls, stay at Deer Run 7, a spacious four bedroom, four-bath cabin (with two lofts) in Concan. The cabin is within steps of food, convenience and liquor stores. Nearby is a hiking trail, public swimming pool, and miniature golf. There is an outdoor fireplace and separate fire pit, horseshoe pits, corn hole boards (bean bags included), disc golf basket (discs included), and volleyball net (ball included).
