The flat is on the 3rd floor without elevator in quiet residential historical building.

Newly furnished apartment with a distant view over Bratislava. The two-room apartment has a connected kitchen and living room. The toilet is separate. The apartment has air conditioning and water floor heating with its own temperature control. Close to 5 minutes to the National Football Stadium, Winter Stadium or National Tennis Center. Shared garage with the National Football Stadium is a great advantage during a visit the Football game or another appointment.

Veľký a priestranný byt v mestskej časti Ružinov, 2 min pešo k Aréne O. Nepelu, 10-15 min chôdze k NTC štadiónu a futbalového štadiónu. Parkovanie priamo na ulici za mestský poplatok. The studio is very well located, 15 minutes walking distance from the city centre, tram and bus stops are located 30 metres from the house. There is a grocery shop 30 metres from the house, as well as coffee shops, bars and restaurants. I would like to point out the proximity of the tram under the windows; if you are sensitive to noise, my accommodation is not suitable for you.
