Situated not far from the town of Balleroy which has a bar, a supermarket and two boulangeries. Nearby is a forest with walking & cycling paths. NB The accommodation is on three floors, the main floor is the living/dining room, with views of the valley and waterfall. A haven for wildlife including kingfishers. The bilingual English owners live on site.

We are 2 minutes walk from St Sever High Street, the village has everything you need for your stay - supermarket, butchers, bakers, tabac. We offer a great base to explore the Calvados and Normandy region and are just a few kilometers from St Sever Forest. This first floor apartment is spacious and newly renovated. It can be booked independently for up to 4 people or with our ground floor apartment which sleeps up to 6 people.

Lovingly renovated and modernised, environment friendly and contemporary. The house offers a special living experience. The house is certified by "Gîtes de France", our guests will find relaxation and peace here with a special charm and lush nature.

Pretty, 2 bedroom fully equipped Gite sleeping up to 5 people with it's own private and secure south facing garden with beautiful country views. English and French TV and WiFi are available and the kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine. We have a shared heated swimming pool (OPEN 2nd MAY UNTIL THE 14TH OF SEPTEMBER).
