Approx. 2km from the farmhouse & 100% off-grid, (solar & gas power), it is reachable by farm track, 4x4 or 4x2 with high ground clearance. It offers absolute privacy, no noise or light pollution plus the finest stargazing under our dark Cederberg night sky. Secluded Off-Grid Mountain Cottage

Private stand-alone cottage on a beautiful farm 1.5 hours north of Cape town and 30-40 minutes from Elands Bay. This is a very simple, off-grid, self-catering cottage with beautiful mountain views, a dam to swim in and hiking access to the entire 2000 hectare farm. The farm has established hiking and mountain biking trails, horse riding on request and established sport and trad rock climbing routes. The cottage has two fireplaces, a gas stove, fridge, a gas geyser and solar power.

This cozy wooden cabin is perfect for two, with a comfortable double bed, linen, and towels provided. The outdoor kitchenette includes a two-plate gas stove, small bar fridge, and dishwashing essentials. Guests can enjoy private ablution facilities, solar lights, a gas geyser, and running water. A cosy & pretty self-catering unit nestled privately at the back of the farm. This cottage has a king size bed, lounge and well-equipped kitchen with a walk-in closet. The private garden has BBQ facilities and a hanging day bed perfect for afternoon naps. There is also a splash pool. Well behaved pets are welcome. 1 pet @R100 per pet stay.

Karoo & Ko Unit 2: The Tiny Home

*NB: Self check-in, no pets* The Tiny Home - This unit has two single beds, en suite shower, a lounge area including a mini kitchen with a bar fridge, a microwave and coffee & tea facilities. It has a small patio in the front with a bistro table and chairs where you can sit back and relax with a cup of coffee under the old apricot tree.

The Solace Cabins offer luxury in a beautiful citrus and tea farm. These self-catering cabins feature an indoor fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen, and a cozy outdoor deck with a gas BBQ. Enjoy a queen-size bed, automated blinds, and a private outdoor shower. For your comfort, the air conditioner is available daily from 10h00 to 18h00.
