Coasters Retreat has no shops or roads so provides the ultimate escape, however this does mean you need to be organised and bring all of your food supplies.

Just steps from the golden sands of Narrabeen Beach, tranquil lagoon and rock pools, take in water views from sun-drenched decks sipping gourmet expresso from Girdlers cafe next door. Try surfing, swimming, fishing, bush walks, mountain biking or floating along the lagoon with the tide. Nearby, Turimetta Beach “secret spot” makes you feel a world away. Satellite internet - smart TV - plenty of fire wood & three kayaks at your disposal. The house have been in the family for generations. We can provide you with all local knowledge of fishing spot and the best crabbing spots around. Our power boat can also be rented.

Tides Reach Boathouse - water access only

Ahoy! Step aboard your waterfront boathouse 'Tides Reach' - nestled uniquely over the shoreline with an expansive deck to dine alfresco, a deepwater jetty and backyard access to the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park walking trails. Dive off your private jetty, throw a line from the deck or curl up by the fire with a freshly brewed coffee. It's a water-access only cottage in Pittwater's McCarrs Creek with car parking at Church Point and then catch a short on-demand water taxi. @tidesreach.

Sundowners over Pittwater

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. This section of the house sleeps 8 comfortably and you have access to the pool, spa and balcony. I have two listings for this property. This listing has 4 bedrooms , one with ensuite and two other bathrooms. The other listing has 5 bedrooms as I have just added an extra master bedroom and en suite. I also have the one bedroom and ensuite available for separate rental but the two spaces are private from each other.

Cosy Newport beach studio

Private/ self-contained flat, full kitchen/laundry and close walk to Newport and Bungan Beaches. It is a great spot if you're looking to get away to the Northern Beaches for a few days or work remotely at beach-side location. The Bus stop is beside the house for City Express (Approx 1 hr) or Mona Vale for B1 and Manly connections. Keynote: this is a self-contained separate studio attached to the main house, we are close to Barrenjoey road and there is traffic noise.
