The home is a 3/2 has a backyard that gives you a place to relax and enjoy your visit. In the back you will find little roller coaster for small children, a fire pit area and a large fenced in back yard for pets to enjoy and run around. *NOTE*There is a one time $100 non refundable per pet fee AS OF 2026 WE DO NOT ACCEPT CATS

Charming 3 Bedroom 2 Bath, 2nd row beach house less than a minute walk to the beach access. Enjoy sounds of waves splashing & the ocean breezes relaxing on the front deck. Required NON-refundable pet fee for our dog-friendly accommodations including a fenced back yard (fee varies depending on length of stay and # of dogs). Saturday - Saturday rentals during prime season (Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day). No monthly discounts during summer prime. Bed/Bath linens additional fee ($115) or BYOL.

It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!

Wake up in paradise at this beautiful duplex with countless balconies to enjoy the sunset and sunrise with a marsh view. The property is walking distance to the beach. Outdoor shower to rinse off after a beach day. Our kitchen is fully stocked for your convenience. Good Karma beach-house is a second-row, pet-free, house in beautiful Topsail Beach. Good Karma has 2 bedrooms upstairs a full bath with a Jacuzzi tub and a large Open Kitchen/living room area. The upstairs also opens to a front porch with Ocean Views. In addition, there is a NEW ENLARGED back deck for sunbathing. The lower level has a separate entrance with an oversized 1 bedroom and a full bath. Many Upgrades for 2024
