Rent our private basement unit as your next home away from home while you explore Providence, Rhode Island, Boston, and MA! We renovated our basement to be a private in-law suite for our mother, with its own entrance (in 2024!) She’s not able to use our 2 bed unit anymore, so we’ve listed it on Airbnb! The space is a thoughtfully designed and decorated apt with privacy in a quiet area, with all the amenities you may need. Our goal is that you’d always feel comfortable, safe, and peaceful!

This spacious 3-BR/ 3-bed apartment is a fantastic option for staying in Providence with your family or friends. Perfect for groups of 3-6 guests and families. The apartment is located on a second floor. Hardwood floors, granite countertops, and a big bright bathroom. Located in the Valley Arts District in the city's geographic center. Minutes to downtown and all the university. Two blocks off the highway. Plenty of off-street parking. Pets allowed for a fee. No smoking or vaping inside.

It's centrally located in the Knightsville area of Cranston with direct access to public transit. This area is home to many popular restaurants, parks, as well as a 19 mile walking/bike path. The space offers a fully equipped kitchen, office area, and shared access to the fenced in yard. There is also dedicated parking.

Potential basement storage for long-term stays. Ceilings are low in places, may not be comfortable for taller than 6'.
