World famous Algonquin Park is a short hike away and wildlife is often spotted. Peace and quiet are yours in our tiny cabin perched on the edge of our private lake.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Our two bedroom cottage has all the amenities of home. Enjoy all the activities the city of North Bay has to offer, while you stay in our cottage that gives you a country setting by the Lavase River. Relax in the Park pool or take a short 2km paddle to the sandy shores of Lake Nipissing. Bring your bicycles and enjoy kilometres of paved bike paths that are close by. Two golf courses and Casino are within a 3 km radius from the park.

Nestled amongst the trees on our 52 acre farm in beautiful Chisholm township is our Chickadee Pod. Recharge your nature batteries in our off grid pod that comes fully equipped for your basic needs and right on Wasi Lake. Steps away you can enjoy canoeing, stand up paddle boarding and kayaking. Take in the sunsets, walk the trails, nap in the hammock, roast some marshmallows, paint a picture, read a book, listen to the birds, the trees, the wind. Leave connected, peaceful and rejuvenated.

Cozy Creek-Side Cabin

Small cabin in the woods with many seasonal uses. There is over 1000 adjoining acres of mixed forest & fields. Over 300 acres of privately owned land by the host plus over 700 acres of attached public crown lots accessible through private holdings, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts/nature lovers, as a launch pad into Algonquin Park, or as a quite retreat into the forest. Winter Activities and Uses Include: snowmobiling, ice fishing at a large selection of local lakes, snow shoeing etc.

The Aurie, modern cabin.

This unique place has a style all its own. An upside-down architect-designed cabin in the woods; the bedroom and full bathroom are on the 1st floor and the kitchen and living area are on the 2nd, and in between is a 14ft high bumped-out daybed area for lounging. Tastefully and richly decorated with all the mod-cons, and plenty of windows for natural light. There’s a wood-burning stove in bedroom. It’s very private, on 100 acres, with shared trails thru out. Monett Bay on Bay Lake in Ontario is a 2.8 acre, semi-private bay with 344 ft. water frontage, and a seasonal stream running through the entire property. You'll be welcomed by the long private driveway, surrounded by forest, leading to our renovated cabin with all the amenities for a memorable vacation stay. Stroll down the path to the dock with loungers and all day sun! Swim beside the dock in the clean, shallow, sandy entry where you can float or fish the day away.

North Muskoka Hemlock Cabin

In the northern part of Muskoka sits this tiny cabin paradise. This 325 square foot cabin was originally built as a hunt camp in 1955 and has been newly renovated to be modern and comfortable while still maintaining its vintage rustic charm. Come and unplug in this quiet simple space only 5 minutes from Ilfracombe beach. Many folk singer/songwriters have recorded in this cabin over the past few years and it is now being opened up as a quiet getaway.
