At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

The Jetty Boathouse

The Jetty Boathouse offers a cute waterfront apartment with 180-degree views of Brisbane Waters in the quaint village of Saratoga. Indoors boasts two bedrooms, open plan living/dining, and a cinema/games room. Outdoors offers a private deck with a BBQ and an additional eating area. Situated just 1.15 hours drive from Sydney the Boathouse is ideal for couples looking for a weekend away or families looking for privacy and an alternative to hotels. Nestled within Berowra Waters park the Berowra Waters Glass House offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms over three levels and comfortably accommodates up to six people. All rooms are tastefully and stylishly decorated for your comfort and enjoyment. With spacious balconies extending from the kitchen and living areas, you can take advantage of the stunning 180 degree views. NOTE: Water ACCESS only - we take care of your pick-up and drop off

Situated on the waterfront of Clareville, this intimate two level Boathouse is ideal for the romantic getaway. Set amongst native palms and gum trees with a magnificent view across Pittwater, this romantic one bedroom retreat comes with its own jetty, outdoor spa, outdoor dining and lounge area, kayaks and a small moto boat ideal for fishing and exploring Pittwater.

Lakeside & 700 mtrs to sea - One bedroom Studio

Walk around the main house and watch pelicans and swans glide peacefully on the lake at the bottom of the garden. Listen to the kookaburras laughing as they perch in the trees. Savour a morning coffee or evening drink on the jetty. Enjoy a barbecue directly outside the studio or on the expansive travertine courtyard overlooking the lake.

AVOCA BEACH GUEST SUITE

Our 1 bedroom guest suite comprises of the bottom level of our two storey house. It is perfect for couples or singles. It sleeps 2 however we do have a port-a-cot. It has its own private entry so you can have as much or as little interaction with us as you like. Please note there are six steps down from street level.
