FYI The Loft bedroom and TV room are located upstairs from the kitchen (Please bring your own food for meals! ) and bathroom are on the bottom floor! Recently add washer and dryer system! This was our family home for decades. Now we stay here to visit family in Norfolk and provide it to you to do the same! There are bedrooms on the main floor and one bathroom on the main floor with a large walk-in shower. For mobility issues, the front steps would be the only necessary stairs. This is a central location in Norfolk, no more than 5-7 minutes from about anywhere. Located next to Central Park, with playground and a lot of space to run. It is also about one block from a track!

Located on Norfolk Avenue, you are steps away from locally owned restaurant's, bars, parks and new attractions at the River Point District. Location is in a quiet, updated neighborhood but located off a major through street that can quickly get you to anywhere in town! A great stay with the added fun of a scavenger hunt to locate all of our llamas!

D'Brick Cottage is located across from Wayne State College in Wayne, NE. This recently renovated 2-bedroom house offers a comfortable place to get away. Includes indoor fireplace, equipped kitchen with all appliances and conveniences, plus laundry in the basement. The perfect place to get some rest for traveling employees, visiting family, or just because. SPECIAL NOTE: The basement contains an apartment that is rented separately.
