Stan se nalazi u centru grada u blizini Filozofskog fakulteta. U citavoj zgradi vlada tisina pa je stan veoma prikladan za odmor. U stanu je veoma prijatna temperatura u ljetnjem periodu da se klima gotovo i ne mora koristiti. U neposrednoj blizini se nalazi market i pekara. Ispred apartmana ima veliki besplatan parking. Outside of the cottage there are equipment for barbicue, wooden chairs and tables. A flat float on the water can be used for swimming, sunbathing and fishing.
