Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

The apartment is ideal for all who enjoy spending time together outdoors. Situated at 1,000 m a.s.l, it is the perfect starting point for any activities in the mountains or to enjoy swimming in the lake of our village. The landscape between the so-called Pinzgauer Grasberge, the Hohe Tauern National Park, Zell am See/Kaprun and the Kitzbühel Alps is beautiful and offers numerous activities in nature. Hiatakammer bei Zell am See

Sleep like king and queen in the first floor of the historic Moarhaus Chalet next to the Saalhof Castle: 2 sleeping rooms + double room with kitchen. The furniture is made by hand by our carpenter from our own birch wood: The Hiatakammer for 4-8 persons is situated in the 1st floor, our wellness area can be used free of charge but only on request. We offer farm stays for children, big playground available. Zell am See is 3 km away, Saalbach-Hinterglemm 10 km. Free ski shuttle bus.

Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.
