Our one bedroom half duplex has all the comforts of home. Full kitchen with a microwave, Keurig (assortment of K cups provided), utensils, pots, pans & dinnerware. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress with a TV. Bathroom has been updated with a bath/shower combo (towels are provided). The spacious bedroom has a closet for your things & queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. On & off street parking & free Wi-Fi. Hygiene products are not provided.

You will have your own private ally entrance and personal parking in the back of the business building. Enjoy the benefits of all that our town has to offer with most of our eating establishments that are within walking distance. We also have our local library and park right across the street for kids to enjoy.

Cozy 1 Bedroom Tiny Cottage within walking distance to the Hutchinson Community College, Hutchinson Sports Arena, Planet Fitness and Cosmosphere. Also within a short distance to Kansas State Fair Grounds, Downtown Hutchinson, Fox Theater and several local businesses. Adorable two bedroom house in amazing central location. Near Main Street, the Kansas State Fairgrounds and not far from Hutchinson Community College. This is a one bedroom studio house. This is a place all to yourself. It has a queen size bed. It is really nice inside the house. The one downside is it is close to the railroad track. It has a oven, fridge, microwave, washer, dryer and keurig coffee maker. We have recently added WIFI for our quest. One thing several guest have mentioned is how much they enjoy the walking trail close by.
