Bel Tramonto is Italian for "beautiful sunset" and there are plenty of those on offer at this peaceful and private rural retreat. Enjoy them from the secluded hot tub overlooking a native bush valley complete with waterfall. Within half an hour you can be at the beautiful beaches of Mt Maunganui & Papamoa or enjoying the tourism Mecca of Rotorua A 1650 hectare all terrain playground is five minutes away, offering a range of activities. Auckland is a 2.5 hour drive away or a 30 minute flight.

Plum Tree Gardens (small rustic home)

Our wee rustic guesthouse is in Ngongotahā which is 7km's from Rotorua central. Our rustic guesthouse is set in our back garden along with our 4 chooks & our 8 year old Golden Lab Rex 🐶. The space is private and has a double bedroom with a comfy queen bed & basic ensuite. There's a separate lounge with kitchenette & dining space, basic TV & cozy sofa, surrounded by a deck with gas BBQ. We are by no means luxurious, but do guarantee inspiration, character & ample love for our wee rustic home.

Upstairs Studio Apartment, including fridge, microwave, small countertop oven, espresso machine. Coffee and tea provided. Small galley kitchen, separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Views over park off street parking and private entrance. Use of laundry facilities, wifi, tv and Netflix. Rotorua is very centrally located to Tauranga /Mount Maunganui, Whakatane, Hobbiton and Taupo. Very close to Rotorua township and attractions (10 /12 minutes by car) and very close to public transport.

The Cabin - Fantail Grove, Hamurana, Rotorua.

The Cabin is located at Hamurana, in a 2 acre garden setting 350m from Lake Rotorua. Located 120 m from the owners house and is completely private. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.

Visitors to the Studio are supplied with a daily Continental Breakfast.
