We're 25 mins. to Newport, 15 mins. to their beaches, 10 mins. to Bristol's famous 4th of July celebration & close to Roger Williams University.

Quiet, sunny 300 sq foot studio, great neighborhood, on National Historic Register! Close to Miriam, Brown & RISD. You have the entire second floor to yourself, w/ driveway parking, private entrance, full bath, lounge, work/eating counter, high speed WiFi & Roku Smart TV. There's a small fridge, microwave, Brio hot/cold filtered water dispenser, Keurig. Coffee, tea, milks, fresh muffins or tea bread, and pretzels. Stairs to studio are steep—it’s an old house 🙂. Quiet, safe neighborhood, 10 min from Newport crowd. Beaches nearby: 5 min to Easton Beach, 10 min to Middletown Second Beach. Note: Bathroom has a pump-assisted toilet. It works fine but the flush is a bit noisy. If you’re very sensitive to sound, this may not be ideal.
