Welcome to our charming waterfront Oasis! Located on Blue Bill Cove, our private cottage is steps away from Island Park beach, dining, & local attractions. Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Our beautiful 1890's historical cottage has been renovated to maintain much of its original character. It has been designed to provide higher end finishes and staged with the charm of Newport. It is located in the middle of downtown Newport with a private driveway, yard & AC! The home provides wonderful amenities in an amazing location. Guests can walk everywhere from Thames St, Bellevue Ave, Mansions, Cliff Walk, & 1st Beach. This is the perfect place to enjoy all that Newport has to offer.

Lovely Private Setting, walk to beach.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

Wonderful location in the heart of Newport with parking on-site which is great as most things you and your guests will want to do is in walking distance. The apartment has 3 rooms; 2 rooms have queen sized beds and the 3rd room has a twin bed, there is also a pull out couch, (surprisingly comfortable) that makes into a double bed. There is also a washer & dryer on site for your convenience! We are local and always available during your stay.

There is a pet fee that is based on length of stay, size, breed, and number of dogs. Please forward that information when reaching out. We do have allergies, so we do require guests to take that into consideration.
