Our bright, sunny cottage has a refreshing open-air feel with a vintage vibe! It has A/C, comes with 1 garage spot, outdoor shower/patio with BBQ. We are conveniently tucked away in a peaceful yet central in the Peninsula, just 3 houses from the beach and a 60 second walk to the sand! Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys,and boards are at your disposal! We are just a walk to local eats, grocery store, a cute park with a playground/courts, and best local shopping that the Peninsula has to offer!

Newly renovated beach house with top of the line kitchen appliances, high end memory foam beds, work station (office) with 100mb wifi, 60in HDTV with 220+ channels, laundry/garage parking, and located steps from the beach. There is a new floor ac unit in the living room in case it gets too warm but temp rarely breaks 80 on Balboa.

The place is located at 127 41st Street on the corner of Balboa and 41st Street. We are 8 houses from the beach on the beach side of Balboa. The boardwalk is only five streets away so you can easily bike or walk to the Newport Pier and enjoy one of the many restaurants or bar in the area. Saturday to Saturday rental in the summer time.
