One car attached garage with washer and dryer. Two private patios. Single level, no stairs. There is no smoking inside or outside of the property. We prefer 7 day bookings; Saturday to Saturday.

Steps to beach. Super easy access to LA and Orange County with public transit. It is street parking only which is very tough. Recommend no car or overnight parking at nearby hotel. Unit has forced air conditioning/heating.
