Guest can use the garden, hike nearby trails and is walking distance to the Sir William Coaker Foundation! Guest can visit nearby Bonavista, approximately 18 km away, or Trinity approximately 32km away. Guest will be provided with code for keyless entry before arrival. Tea and Coffee available. It has a wonderful veranda that you can sit out on and see the stars – no light pollution in Lot 7! The house itself features 2.5 stories. The house is an old quaint farmhouse, but newer than many of the farmhouses in rural PEI, having been rebuilt after a fire that destroyed it in the 1930s, and being in excellent condition.
