Come and experience the beauty of life on a farm! This newly renovated space has its own private exterior entrance off of the picturesque wrap around farmhouse porch and is complete with all the classic and simple farmhouse touches. We are a working livestock farm raising cows, sheep, chicken, ducks, pigs & more. This space is perfect for some outdoor adventure time while still being close to historic downtown Newberry, home of the Newberry Opera House, & not far from Greenville and Columbia.

Greenwood Lake Front, FirePit, Outside Kitch, Dock

Our place is unlike any other on the lake! The home is fully stocked and includes kayaks, pedal boat and lilly pad for your enjoyment. We have a dock and firepit. You will have no need to go anywhere else while you are here, as Camp Q has so many things to offer. The outside kitchen has 2 grills and a fridge. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

The Inspiration House

Ryan and I are certain you will love Newberry's friendly "small town" atmosphere. Our home was built in the late 1800's. It provides visitors with an eclectic blend of "old house" charm and modern updates within walking distance to the Newberry Opera House and wonderful downtown restaurants. The house features over 3,600 square feet of high ceilings, heavy pocket doors for privacy, three fireplaces, four bedrooms with three queen and two twin beds, 3.5 baths..and a wonderful front porch.

Located a walk from Newberry College is this chic bungalow which combines modern finishes with rustic, boho charm. Inside this newly renovated home, be treated to all the amenities with two beds, a couch, a love seat as well as a large sectional, washer/dryer, tvs, fully equipped kitchen and so much more. Outside, enjoy the private yard, side porch and back porch with a grill and fire pit. Escape the hustle and bustle in this quiet neighborhood that’s a walk away from activities for all.

4 mile off I26 CLEAN fully stocked peaceful COMFY

We manage and clean our home personally. It is a super clean home that sits on an acre and a half of land. Close to downtown newberry, 7 mile. And 30 mile from Columbia/Irmo. 4 mile off I26. It’s on a paved dead end road in a very safe area off 176. We aren’t fancy, but the home has everything you would need for a relaxing stay. We live close by to be of any assistance, but we don’t bother our guests unless they ask. ALL DOGS must be approved, maximum of 2, NO CATS. NO PARTIES!!

This is a quiet upstairs room with quality craftsmanship. The woodworking and pine flooring give it warmth and coziness with a cabin feel. Tile work at the fireplace and in the bathroom contribute to the room’s unique design. Because we are ten minutes from public access to Lake Murray, we have plenty of parking and turn-around space for your trailer and boat. Also, for those traveling with friends or more persons in your party, a similar well equipped room is directly below this room.

Need a relaxing getaway? Unplug & unwind in this precious cottage perfect for a couples (or solo) retreat! Not to worry... we have everything you’ll need to recharge! We don’t call it the Honey Hole for no reason... grab a pole & cast a line! This small home has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen and living area, large deck, and dock. Just minutes from Big Man’s Marina, Lake Shack Grub & Pub, & Lake Murray Resort (by boat or land). Carolina Connect provides our WIFI.

It is an ideal home for family vacation. Lake Murray, Timberlake country club, and Dreher Island State park are nearby. Restaurants, grocery stores, and local night spots, are close by. Columbiana mall is 20 min and Columbia is 25 min away!

The cottage is located near the old Buffalo Creek Marina and Restaurant now called Martin’s Landing. It's just minutes away from Newberry and Chapin, about 10 minutes from Dreher Island State Park, and less than 5 minutes to the public boat launch. There is one queen bed and two twin beds with trundles.
