Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. We are located high on Mott hill in the center of the island. It's about 2 miles to both harbors. There are lots of hiking trails nearby. We are located near the island airport so small private planes come and go during the day but it is usually very quiet at night. Many of our guests say watching the planes is one of their favorite things. This spot is ideal for visitors who like to retreat to a quieter space at the end of a long day at the beach or an evening on the town.

The Ruedemann Suite is situated off of our main house in a quiet neighborhood. We are located 3 miles from Misquamicut Beach & Watch Hill. Historic Downtown Westerly with its thriving restaurant, arts & music scene is 1.5 miles from the house. Take a short drive to Stonington or Mystic for shopping or local vineyards. Feeling lucky? Beautiful Block Island gem, gut renovated in 2010. Classic with all the modern conveniences. Easy walk to the ferry, downtown, and beaches. Four bedrooms, 2 full baths, detached bunkhouse with 3 bunkbeds. Fabulous patio & porches with a backyard that keeps guests coming back. Perfect house for a family or two. Full week rentals only June-August, Friday to Friday. Off season weekends have a 3-day minimum stay. Calendar opens October 1.
