Es handelt sich um eine kleine Wohnung im Hinterhaus unseres Berliner Altbaus erbaut 1902, Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang (Hinterhaus) ist aber mir der großen Wohnung verbunden !! ( Trennung durch Doppeltüre und Doppelte Hauswand). Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett neu renoviert, hat eine kleine Küche ein sehr schönes Designer Badezimmer, ein großes Schlaf und Wohnzimmer sowie einen brandneuen Balkon, der zu einem kleinen Park/ Wald ausgerichtet ist, und das mitten in der Stadt !!

Integriert ins berliner Kiezleben, ist unser ehemaliges Foto-Studio/Galerie eine kleine gemütliche Atelierwohnung auf Augenhöhe mit dem neuköllner Kulturmilieu. Die Wohnung ist trotz zentraler lage sehr ruhig und abgeschlossen, so dass man vom Strassenleben pausieren kann. Sie ist ausgestattet mit einem Hochbett (160x200cm Liegefläche), einem Schlafsofa (120x200cm) und Mini-Küche (zwei Herdflächen, kleiner Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Töpfe usw.) einem Tisch mit drei Stühlen und einer Sitzecke.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.
