This unit is furnished with a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa bed, and an amazing La-Z-Boy recliner perfect for naps. The bathroom is updated, with excellent water pressure. And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.

Parking for 1 vehicle only Studio apt. attached to our house but privately separated. Centrally located in Jacksonville, only a ten minutes to the beaches, 12 minutes to mayo clinic. Unit has all you need for a week long stay or just one night. Full Kitchen and laundry. Decorative Lighted patio available for all guests. Great little house on the park; peaceful, gorgeous view of the park and downtown Jacksonville skyline. The house is divided into two separate living spaces. I live in the back portion of the house. NO SMOKING. Not 420 friendly Because the house is divided in two, you might hear our puppy bark sometimes.
