Complete with a large yard for grilling or relaxing, on site washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, toiletries, paper goods, cleaning supplies and plush linens. This second floor unit is a true home away from home. Less than 1 mile to Narragansett Beach, 3 miles to Scarborough Beach, and less than 5 miles to Galilee and the block Island ferry. In addition to being professionally cleaned and sanitized between each stay, the home is stocked with sanitizing wipes, spray, and other cleaning necessities for your comfort.

Private deck with ocean views of the Pell Bridge and Newport. Cottage is located on property adjacent to Host Home so privacy limited.

It is a finished basement in our home so it is owner occupied but it offers a separate exterior entrance so our guests can decide if they’d like to meet us or not. We are approximately a mile from the Narragansett town beach, a stones throw from the bike path and public tennis and bocce courts and walking distance to town, restaurants and shops.
