The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented. The apartment is a 1965 square foot 2-bedroom with a king-size bed in each bedroom. A full kitchen, a very large living dining kitchen area, a private patio, a gas log fireplace, huge TVs, and a jaw-dropping view of WCU and Cullowhee NC and yes a killer hot tub to soak in the view. The best of everything!

Great get away for two in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina. Close to town, waterfalls, hiking and scenic views. Located in Franklin, NC and about an hours drive to Asheville, Cherokee, Maggie Valley, Bryson City and Clayton, GA!
