Two charming people take care of the house; they only speak Spanish and are called Yanan and Roxi.

The estate contains a main house with 2 bedrooms and a 3rd master bedroom & bath in a stand alone structure next to the main house. It is next to Hotel Punta Islita with opportunities to access to all the amenities. Please note Hotel Punta Islita will be closed from July 1, 2025 until March, 2027 for renovations.
