The bustling market town of Nailsworth, with its numerous independent shops & fantastic eateries, is a 10 min stroll/3 min drive away. Unusually it also benefits from private parking! There are walks aplenty from our doorstep & friendly traditional pubs serving food, real ales & ciders within 10 min by foot. By car "The Cotswold way" is 15 mins, Cirencester 20 mins, Bath, Bristol & Cheltenham 40 mins.

Charming guest house in stunning wooded valley

Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - waiting to be walked or cycled. It sleeps two (but has a travel cot as well) with an open plan kitchen and cosy living area, plus bathroom with bath and shower. Outside is a sunny garden area with table and seating. The space is really light with lots of windows and oak features. Lots of thought and love have gone into decor to make it a really lovely space. The apartment is separate from the main house and very private.

The accommodation boasts wonderful views of Horsley valley and the beautiful gardens and lakes of Ruskin Mill. The gardens are free to visit, and the mill hosts a delightful cafe. Just a ten minute stroll away is Nailsworth town centre, home to many wonderful boutiques, inspiring galleries, and some of the finest restaurants the Cotswolds has to offer.

Semi rural location - 10 minutes walk from town yet access to woods from our garden. We are proud to live amongst a mix of social housing near Forest Green Football club, and traditional Cotswold stone cottages. The cabin (8m x 4m) is double glazed. Well behaved dogs welcome. Hot tub is a 30m walk down the path, next to our house. (£25 per stay payable in cash on arrival). Free street parking. Most of our guests are young couples looking for a walking holiday with access to town.

The Garden Studio Graywalls Stroud

5 mins walk from Stroud train station, the wood clad Garden Studio is airy and modern and surrounded by green. It overlooks our garden, and apart from the trains (only 2 an hour) it’s peaceful but also so close to the pretty hilly town of Stroud. The bustling farmers market on a Saturday is a great fun and the commons and walks are spectacular. There is parking on our drive. To get to the studio walk down the gravel pathway past our front door. The key hold is by the studio door.

Our idyllic cottage is set on the edge of Minchinhampton Common (located in an AONB) and with miles of footpaths which are perfect for those wishing to explore the Cotswolds. This beautiful cottage exudes an aura of peace and tranquillity and a haven for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of a busy life.

The Annex is a light and spacious self-contained studio above a garage with wonderful views across the valley. It has its own entrance, parking, and a private wooden deck with seating. There are plenty of wonderful walks you can do from our doorstep including the Cotswold Way, and a fantastic pub in the village which serves delicious food. You are surrounded by nature and wildlife, but Stroud is only an eight minute drive (or a 40 minute walk!) away.

The Parlour, was used by our family for milking the dairy cows for generations before us.
