Welcome to the Stokley Cottage! Completely renovated in 2022 this adorable property still resonates the charm of a true historical beach cottage. Enjoy all the benefits of our Iconic location steps away from the Intracoastal Waterway, Iconic WB Drawbridge and of course the beach! Take a stroll to FishHouse Grill or Dockside for sunset cocktails or a waterfront lunch. Skip the parking fees, grab bikes and cruise over the bridge for a day on the beach then retreat back to your shady front porch!

Little Salt Guest House: steps from the water

Recently renovated guest house on a quiet, coastal street. Enjoy a relaxing five minute walk to the intracoastal waterway at the end of the street or take a quick drive to Trails End Park. A convenient and tranquil location about 15-20 minutes to Carolina Beach or Wrightsville Beach. The neighborhood has a private water access that is perfect for launching kayaks or SUPs . The house comes with an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. We are dog friendly but require a $70 pet fee per pet.

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Welcome to our charming guest house in historic Carolina Place! The house has plenty of seating, a fully stocked kitchen & coffee bar. Upstairs is a bedroom with king size bed, full bathroom & laundry. This amazing location is a short drive to downtown and is walkable to the bars, restaurants & shops in the Cargo District! We allow up to 2 dogs as long as they are approved in advance for a $75 pet fee per dog that will be charged separately after booking.

Can comfortably sleep up to 8 people so there’s enough room for the whole group, and has a fenced-in yard so you can bring all your dogs (dogs only allowed). Private Tiny Home in the Woods!

This is a small cabin at the back of our property that has good privacy from the main house. It's a cozy space, but with a King size bed and a loft it easily accommodates 3 people! Very close to the beach. Dogs are welcome (sorry, no cats), please add as a "pet" to your reservation. The fee is $30 per stay. Dogs must be crated if left alone. We have one available if required.
