This midcentury home has been completely remodeled. This home offers two bedrooms with queen size beds. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with walk-in tiled shower. large 1 bedroom apartment. A place for non smokers only. Lots of sunshine, the open and airy apartment is attached to main house. Close to mall; close to interstates ( I-10 and 110). Get anywhere in 15-20 minutes. Beach is about 20-25 minutes away depending on traffic. Lot's of eateries nearby. Small pets(under 25 pounds please unless approved by me) allowed and should be potty trained and non-destructive. Non smokers only(allergies) thank you.

Our Cottage is nestled in a quiet lovely neighborhood that shares a scenic Bayou view, with swimming,boat ramp and access to Pensacola bay closest access by boat to the Gulf Of Mexico. Our neighborhood has a scenic 2.5 mile sidewalk walkway winding around the Bayou for guests to enjoy. Once back to the cottage, you can enjoy our large outside patio, outdoor shower, or barbecue grill outback.
