Due piani con piccolo giardino con vista splendida. Può accogliere quattro ospiti. La casa non è adatta a persone disabili (presenza di scale, vani porta non idonei). Le automobili devono essere parcheggiate all'esterno, nei molti parcheggi del Borgo.
