Zweifamilienhaus, im oberen Stockwerk wohnt meine Schwester. Zu Fuß erreicht man alles: den See, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kultur (Kino, Museum), Sportmöglichkeiten wie Golf, Fahrradfahren, Schwimmen, Segeln, SUP, Tennis etc. Mit dem Zug/ SBahn in 30 Minuten ist München erreichbar.

In addition to the bathroom and the spacious bedroom, it consists of a large living room with an open-plan kitchen andwinter garden as well as a second level with an additional bed.
