Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

This home is located in historical downtown Conway, SC. It is on the historical registry, being the oldest house in Conway. It is a golf cart ride away from the Waccamaw River and beautiful Conway Riverwalk, a little walk from downtown shopping and local restaurants, and just a short distance from Myrtle Beach (about 15 miles) & surrounding areas. There are two different shelters on the pier where you can relax and enjoy the sunsets. You are driving distance from the state park where you can enjoy hiking. There are several spots around the lake for good fishing. Grocery store, variety store and gas station are near by.
