A must visit Wine factory #1 with wide variety of bars and restaurants is minutes walk away The interior in Parisian boutique style is a work of a local award winning designer Floor to ceiling windows provide plenty of sunshine, natural light and beautiful views even from the shower:) but there are also heavy curtains for daytime dreamers:)

Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

Apartment is also well located for transport Metro Freedom Square & Rustaveli stations are walk distance.

The apartment is located in the center of the historic district, on a very beautiful old street. You will stay in a quiet, typical Georgian courtyard and can enjoy the view from the balcony. The house is old but fully renovated and designed by me. The apartment is bright and comfortable, with a full bathroom (7 sq. m). The apartment offers self check-in. Newly renovated, high-ceiling, full of light and spacious apartment in the landmark building - Hotel de Londres, which opened in 1875. The building features breathtaking staircase and is located in the heart of the city, surrounded with parks, museums, Dry Bridge, Presidential Palace and 10 minutes walk from the Old City. High-speed Wifi for remote workers, no ethernet cable, but the Wifi is pretty fast! *please do not ask for a deal outside Airbnb. Respect the rules!

Very lovely and cozy apartment in the center of Tbilisi. The apartment is located just 7 minutes uphill walk from Rustavelli Avenue, and therefore has a beautiful view of the whole city. About a 10-minute-walk to both central Metro stations-Liberty square and Rustaveli. Bus stop, Opera house, Rustaveli theater, Georgian national museum, Galleria Tbilisi - a big mall with cafes, restaurants, markets, shops and many more are in a walking distance.

Our very unique and special apartment is located in the historic building in the most cental place of Tbilisi. Most of the attractions and touristic sighs are easily accessible by foot. While being located in the heart of Tbilisi, the street itself is very peaceful and quiet at night.
