The house offers a full kitchen including refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, range, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Views of the Skagit River and Olympic Mountains can be seen from both floors as well as stunning sunsets. Bedrooms upstairs include 1 king bed and 1 queen bed.

A former artist's studio in the beautiful hillcrest park neighborhood of Mount Vernon. This spacious 550 square foot, second floor loft has 4 skylights that bring lots of natural light. It has its own entrance, a dining area, sitting area with fold-out couches, kitchenette and queen bed. Close to family-friendly activities, including Hillcrest Park playgrounds, public transport, and the city center. This studio is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Escape to this private sanctuary, a hidden gem on the shores of a pristine lake. The cabin offers 2-bedrooms, plus additional sleeping in the 24ft yurt (unheated) and twin trundle beds upstairs. Riverclay Studio is hidden away in the alley just a few steps from the Skagit River. Edgewater Park and many popular restaurants, pubs, espresso and entertainment opportunities are within walking distance. It is reached by way of stairs from the back of the original Riverclay Studio which we once ran as a pottery and gallery and was once our home. Our address is also home to Skagit Valley Larder that operates in the downstairs level of the building.

The Granary is a recently converted 110 year old grain shed (remodeled Summer 2020). It features a full kitchen, vaulted ceilings, bedroom loft and beautiful .75 bath. Located on the West side of Mount Vernon, it is minutes from I-5, yet situated on a 40-acres of farmland, next to an original barn and behind the main farmhouse. Good WiFi for work, ramp access and a ground-level hide-a-bed. Large West-facing deck and hot tub to enjoy sunsets.
