The home is situated within walking distance from the best city park, restaurants and shopping! Mass transit is steps away and on a main bike thoroughfare.

This newly renovated, spacious, and luxurious studio apartment with its own private entrance and plenty of natural light is located in the Rose City Park neighborhood of Portland. You will be right in the heart of the city — close to both downtown and PDX. This ENTIRE private street level apartment is steps from one of Portland's best parks. And it's just a few blocks from public transportation, has easy freeway access, is pretty near the airport, and is close enough to downtown to make that an easy trip also. It is walkable to Montavilla, one of the funnest pockets of local pub scene, boasting Breweries, Pubs, Restaurants, one of Portland's best Cocktail Bars, Dive Bars, and shopping, all condensed within a VERY strollable 3 or 4 block area.

Eclectic cottage & sauna bath house/SE Portland

This cottage is a rustic bohemian experience. There is a queen bed and a sleeping loft which is good for kids accessed via a built in ladder (one bed and one ikea double mat (great for kids) in total). Cottage has a kitchenette in the main room where the bed is. There is an OUTDOOR shower/bath and sauna which is incredible in the fall and winter! Inside the cottage there is small bathroom which is in fact down right tiny (not for big folks) wood stove/ oil heater/ac. no smoking allowed.

An open 850 sq ft. studio w/ a queen bed, living space with a modern smart TV & gas fireplace, bar/kitchenette, private entrance & bathroom. The space is intended for solo travelers only. I live in the Richmond neighborhood & am located 1 block from 37th & Division Street, which is surrounded by great restaurants & shops. My home is a 1910 Bungalow & I’ve owned it for 30 years.
