Fully sanitized between guests. Take refuge in a sunlit lower unit in the Laurelhurst area of Portland, well situated to restaurants, stores, access to downtown, as well as Mt Hood. Unit was built from scratch in 2017, a NW Native habitat garden created in 2018, rain gardens/bioswales in 2019-2020. We're a yoga and meditation oriented house: quiet after 10 pm. I'm up between 5:30 & 6, you may hear chanting. Space is not intended for parties. Light use of alcohol only. BIPOC & LGBTQ friendly.

And it's just a few blocks from public transportation, has easy freeway access, is pretty near the airport, and is close enough to downtown to make that an easy trip also. It is walkable to Montavilla, one of the funnest pockets of local pub scene, boasting Breweries, Pubs, Restaurants, one of Portland's best Cocktail Bars, Dive Bars, and shopping, all condensed within a VERY strollable 3 or 4 block area.

You are the only ones who will enter through the front door, and you’ll have a reserved parking space in the double driveway. Your space includes a double queen bedroom, an office with an extra king bed, full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining/living room with wood burning fireplace and stunning views, a full laundry room, a wrap around deck with outdoor table and chairs.

Cozy Vintage Cottage in the Woods

The studio cottage is located in an east Portland neighborhood bordering the city of Gresham. It is close to public transport (near a MAX light rail station), the airport and outdoor activities (the Columbia Gorge; Mt Hood) and is a 20-30 min drive to downtown. It's cozy (eclectic vintage style), a wooded 1-acre setting within the city limits, and has secure premises (electric gate). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Please no young children.
