The unit offers privacy for groups that may want some separation as one bedroom and bathroom are downstairs and the living area and another bed/bath are upstairs. This unit is accessed from the back door, completely separate from the front unit.

There is a view of Mount Shasta from the back deck and up the hill. The hill is also great for sledding in the winter.
