Anand's apartment in Matli Village, is the perfect blend of a modern open house, nestled in a rural setting, with gorgeous views of the surrounding Gharwal mountain ranges. Designed by Stephen, the co host, with an underlying philosophy that guests should be able to turn up with just their clothes and need nothing else-the apartment is spacious, airy, semi-sound proof, with a fully functional kitchen, and an enormous terrace with 360 degree views around. An ideal pad for digital nomads as well.

The property, Cabin 62 is surrounded by the spectacular landscape of Himalayan Mountains. Cabin 62 is thoughtfully designed using the local materials predominantly Cedar wood and local stones which help you stay rooted to mountain Earth, reflecting barefoot luxury. Cabin 62 offers one single bedroom with bath and one double bedroom with bath. Both rooms can be rented separate or together. The price mentioned are of two bed rooms and a living area space but happy to host single rooms as well.

The fresh air, colors of nature and staying next to nature will bring you inner peace. There is no network available in the area but electricity is there and a TV. There are ample of treks in the area short and long, one of them is the famous rupin range trek. In summers, half a kilometer walk will take you to the rupin river for a swim, and in winters you will feel snow at you feet just outside the house. There is no market nearby just a local shop, all the basic amenities are available.
