Kingswell Lodge

The Lodge offers a perfect rural escape that is set in a beautiful, peaceful location near to the coastal towns of Banff and Portsoy. The lodge is encompassed by 2.5 acres of garden and is surrounded by farmland. There is wood fired hot tub to relax and enjoy the dark night skies or to watch the abundant bird and wildlife. Note: Hot tub is not included in pricing, please make direct contact to discuss terms. Aberdeen is a 55min drive, Inverness 1hr 30mins and 1hr to Cairngorms National Park

En-suite Room in Victorian Boutique Hotel

Our Spey room is a large room on the first floor and looks out over the front gardens of the Lodge. Spey is best suited as a double (with a large superking bed), but can be changed to a twin (2x single beds). Please message us if you would prefer this. The room has an en-suite with shower over bath. Breakfast is included with all our rooms and we have optional extras like packed lunches to take with you during the day or a charcuterie board for you to enjoy in the evening in front of the fire.

Spacious luxury caravan with stunning views

Luxury caravan in family friendly holiday caravan park, offering stunning views, two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a bath! Our caravan is situated within the Haughton Country Park with plenty walks and near by playparks. It is 1 mile walk to the centre of Alford village with plenty available shops and take-aways. An ideal location for exploring upper Donside, Deeside, Whisky trails, Castle trails and ancient monuments nearby. Please note this is a holiday let only not for work stay.

The Cabin

The Cabin is a self catering one room chalet that contains 2 single beds, table, chairs, armchairs and a kitchen. An enclosed bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is included. Water is provided by the Cromdale hills via filtration system. The Cabin is fully insulated and heated for a cosy environment. Entertainment consists of TV, video & bluetooth boom bar speaker. Placement of The Cabin is close to the back of the house which provides privacy for guests. WiFi is available.

Plan your day in our lounge/kitchen, looking out on the Cromdale Hills. Spend the day in the Cairngorms National Park, walking, climbing, golfing, mountain biking, canoeing, white water rafting, or fishing in the nearby River Spey. Visit Nature Reserves, Speyside Whisky Distilleries , Historic Castles and the Highland Wildlife Park. In the evening, soak in the bath with views of the Cairngorm Mountains. Sleep soundly in a King King Size bed, ready for the next day's adventures.

The Bothy

'The Bothy', a space to escape the bustle - set in private gardens and with scope to explore our meadow, small woodland and wildlife pond. The Bothy is laid out as studio style accomodation with a double bed, small kitchen area and a separate shower room, with porta potty style facilities! If you time your visit right (seasonal) guests are welcome to pick their own raspberries, blackcurrants, or apples. Other home-grown produce may be available. Bedding and towels provided.

Nochty Studio |Strathdon |Cairngorms National Park

A place to get away, relax and enjoy the natural surroundings! Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
