It is 3-minutes to I-77, 5-9 minutes to Lowes Head Office/Davidson College/nearby retails, ~25 minutes to Charlotte. We follow Airbnb's 5 Steps Procedures to sanitize & disinfect for your peace of mind.

Lake Norman private retreat

Private lakeside entrance, downstairs is yours. Sandy beach, long pier, fire pit, 3 adult kayaks, I smaller kayak, various floats, & 3 paddle boards. Life jacket assortment& beach towels. Residential area. No guests, parties,groups,or Late, loud music-use of the amenities is for the guests only. Well behaved pets,housebroken, shots/neutered. Additional fee of $20 night per pet-prior approval . 4 guests included additional guest $30 per night each limit 6 total. Longer stays 3 guests max.

Ft private cabin was built in 2023 and is nestled in the woods overlooking the river. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte. The suite has been recently renovated with all new finishes, including a wet bar area. Our house is right on Lake Norman, with several lake access points within the immediate area.
