*PLENTY OF FREE STREET PARKING* This is a very small studio apt in the up and coming town of Bellevue, just a 10 min drive to downtown and the stadiums. It is on the 2nd floor of my 100+ year old four-square home. It has a private entrance with a keypad. The entance stairwell and laundry is a common space, as there's 2 other units. Its in walking distance to public transit, shops, restaurants, places of worship, banks, and a grocery store. Unfortunately this space it too small for pets, NO PETS

1 Bed, idyllic, stadiums, free parking, & Pets OK

Here's a quiet hideaway. Book the apartment, and reserve a fine meal at a nearby restaurant, and walk to the nearby park. For the price of a hotel room, you get living and sunrooms, a complete kitchen with parking, washing, ironing, and excellent internet access. You are close to concerts, parks, museums, stadiums, AGH, and fine restaurants. This apartment is a great center to explore downtown and the Northside of Pittsburgh. You and your pet will like the large park, only a 1/2 block away.

Sewickley Village

STUDIO APARTMENT on lower level of house. If you desire a cozy space with a convenient 1 block walk to Sewickley Village, this is your best choice. Easy walk to everything: grocery store, restaurants, sports bar, pharmacy, shops, library, YMCA. You have the entire space to yourself. This is a LARGE 1 ROOM studio apartment in my home. Total privacy and separate entrance. The two beds are: 1 Queen bed and 1 sofa that can be used as a full size bed. NOTE: you may hear foot traffic above.

Seneca Place: A historic home in Mount Lebanon.

Seneca Place is a historic home. Our guests have the best of both worlds: a private full residence with attentive and available hosts (right next door). Please note that we charge by guest for requests over two, so please enter the correct number of guests to fully understand your costs. This neighborhood is very quiet with little to no traffic and the hosts are ten feet away. There is a covered side patio with an outdoor sofa as well as a connecting back patio with a fire pit.

He went on to build all the houses on Mattys (named after himself) and Oceanas Avenues (named for the sisters that commissioned and lived in this duplex). Carnegie is conveniently located 10min to downtown, pnc park, acrisure stadium, ppg paints arena, 25min to the pavilion at starlake & 20min to the airport. The apartment is loaded with comfy furnishings, kitchen basics, keurig, private parking, smart lock, wifi and streaming services. We have ring cameras on the front porch and facing the parking lot off the back deck.

This Mini Studio is for anyone needing a neat, clean, cool place to stay. It has a new queen bed, sleeper sofa, a kitchenette and a full bathroom with a private entrance on the 2nd floor of a beautiful 1890s Pittsburgh mansion. It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night (not suitable for kids under 10).

An Old Economy Gem overlooking the courtyard, on a one-way street in the heart of the Historic Old Economy in Ambridge, Pa.
