This is a small private waterfront cottage located in a park like setting with a wonderful view of the Maumee River. It is ideal for a couple's get-away. This is a one room 16'X20' studio apartment which includes a separate bathroom and two sleeper sofas that pull out into double sized beds with double mattresses for comfort. The entire cottage was remodeled in 2020 and has a new kitchen and a new bath. In addition to the free use of kayaks, there is a 10 mile walking trail withn 50 feet .

Welcome to our 1-bedroom, pet friendly cottage on the river in Waterville, Ohio! There is a queen bed as well as a large "L" shaped sofa that sleeps 2 comfortably. It abuts a 12-mile-long nature trail that winds along the river for hiking & biking.
