Relax with the whole family at our peaceful place. The home has been in our family for over 60 years. We keep it mom ready so you will notice things in the closets. The home is 45 minutes to Ann Arbor, 40 minutes to Toledo, Ohio, 2 hours to Cedar Point in Sandusky Ohio, and 60 minutes to Detroit. The driveway will accommodate a truck and boat if you want to fish on Lake Erie. It is a great location for playing in the city, going to a U of M football game, or just relaxing in a quiet backyard.

There is a marina, as well as a public boat launch less than 5 minutes away and Lake Erie is only a 10-minute boat ride from the house. You can also access the Huron River using kayaks within 5 minutes from our dock. The backyard has a patio and a built-in fire pit with a hot tub to enjoy both summer and winter nights with gorgeous sunsets over the water as your backdrop.

Cozy two bedroom, air condition available, fenced in cottage has master bedroom with French doors and patio doors and windows looking out at beautiful Lake Erie. Grill as you relax on front porch on the swing or in the yard by the fire pit, under umbrellas or in the jacuzzi. Umbrella table on the deck, firepit and chairs on dock where you can watch boats and freighters going up toward and down from Detroit. Inside and outdoor games also provided for your enjoyment.
