Easy walk to everything: grocery store, restaurants, sports bar, pharmacy, shops, library, YMCA. You have the entire space to yourself. This is a LARGE 1 ROOM studio apartment in my home. Total privacy and separate entrance. The two beds are: 1 Queen bed and 1 sofa that can be used as a full size bed. NOTE: you may hear foot traffic above.

The home has high speed internet and FireTV so guests can sign into their streaming accounts. (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Hulu etc.) There is also a Blu-ray player for your use. The entire home is yours during your stay.

This Mini Studio is for anyone needing a neat, clean, cool place to stay. It has a new queen bed, sleeper sofa, a kitchenette and a full bathroom with a private entrance on the 2nd floor of a beautiful 1890s Pittsburgh mansion. It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night (not suitable for kids under 10).
