The apartment has an excellent location – there is a 5 minutes walk to the Old Town, and Banje Beach is 2 minutes away, descending the stairs. There are two bedrooms, one with the sea view, and the other with pull out sofa bed and pull out chair. Air conditioned. Fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Terrace with a table and a view of the Old Town. Self-check in. Luggage can be left in a locked storage before or after check in at 2PM / check out at 10AM.

Five-minute ride by bus to the Old town from the bus station just outside of the building. Newly built in 2021, high-speed internet is perfect if you have to work while traveling. Gorica is peacefull part of Dubrovnik that lies 1,5 km of the Old Town. The interior is mostly green and calm with plenty of attractive sea views and some excellent restaurants.There are two beaches in 5 minutes walking distance from the apartament.
