Located in Aspen Grove (5 mins drive from town) our home has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs the master bedroom and ensuite occupy a private space with breathtaking views. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bath. The kitchen, dining and living areas are designed to maximise the views with french doors opening to the private courtyard.

Secluded amongst native bush, the house has magnificent views of Lake Wakatipu, the Remarkables, Cecil Peak, and Walter Peak. The property borders a Department of Conservation reserve with a lakeside walking track, and is only a few minutes walk from the lake. Although it is only 6 km from Queenstown, the setting is beautiful and peaceful, and very private.

Set on 10 acres of park-like grounds, with secure garaging. Barley Mow is in the snowline during winter and 4wd vehicles are strongly advised. We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.
