Winter: Park at ski shop. Ski in/out cabin is ON the trail system. Private, cozy, fully equipped cabin at Garnet Hill in the ADK forest. Gas fireplace, grill and screened in porch. Steps from hiking trailheads. Access (not lakefront) to protected 13th Lake with sandy beach. Two one-seat kayaks come with the rental. Mountain biking (cabin is on the trails), white water rafting, and tubing nearby. Please note: this is a NOT a hotel/condo or business Airbnb. it has been in our family for 30 years!

Welcome to this thoughtfully remodeled cabin, nestled in the Hollywood Hills district on a quaint dead end road. This quiet get away spot is located in close proximity to all that the Adirondack Park has to offer. You are only: 1 mile to Hollywood Hills private beach & boat launch climb 1 mile to Bald Mountain 3.4 miles to Enchanted Forest & all the amenities of Old Forge Village Snowmobile trailers- there is room for a 2 place trailer with truck attached. Additional 2 cars in 2nd driveway.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located on the quiet Moose River, just outside of busy Old Forge. This is a 2nd floor apartment with a full kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and full bath with a tub / shower. At the waterfront yard you can drop your kayak in at the dock, sit in the hot tub, have a campfire, take a bike ride or you can just sit in an Adirondack chair to watch wildlife. The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. We live in the area year round and love to share our favorite places.

Stay at our family cottage where you are footsteps to the water, Pancake House, ice cream, Lake House Casino, beach, park, restaurants, and all Sylvan Beach has to offer. Rent a pontoon, kayak or bike at Sylvan Beach Supply Co. Rest in the spacious master king bed with a lake view. Or choose the queen, full, or two twin beds. Dining seats 10 plus 4 barstools. 2 full bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, AC, fans, heat, Wifi, 2 Roku TVs, games, and fireplace for year round use. It's lake time!

Minutes from year round trails, skiing and golf. Enjoy NY's snowmobiling mecca in the winter. Available year round. Limited summer availability.
